PetBinder respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of PetBinder.

Pet Binder is in BETA Release

PetBinder is in its BETA Release for the purposes of testing the site’s usability, visual appeal, data storage and other functionality while soliciting user’s feedback to assist in the identification of bugs and crashes so that they can be fixed by the developers. By using our site during this BETA period, you understand that data loss or exposure could occur due to unknown and unintended software instabilities.

Financial Information

As of the current publishing of this Privacy Policy, Pet Binder is in its BETA development phase and its services are currently being offered free of charge. Therefore, Pet Binder will not ask you for any financial information including but not limited to Credit Cards and bank account information and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on PetBinder. Please see “BETA Testing” in our Terms of Service.

External Sites

PetBinder is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows PetBinder to recognize you each time you visit this site. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and PetBinder does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to PetBinder and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. What does this mean? It means that some areas of the site may not be complete or may be broken. We hope that you send us feedback about these areas of the site incase we don't know about them. We've uploaded the Terms of Serivce and Privacy Policy pages so the links are no longer broken. An announcement email will go out later today so that all current users are aware of this change.
Additionally we've discovered some broken links in various locations on the site inside of the Subscriber area. We are working on fixing this and should have this taken care of later today.
